Mick Doyles Butchers are second generation award winning wholesale and retail butchers based in Dublin.

Mick Doyle grew up on a farm at the base of Church Mountain in Co. Wicklow and opened his first shop in 1958. Mick built his spiced beef competition 2010 certificatereputation by supplying his shop in Artane, Dublin, with mainly Hereford beef and lamb from his own farm.

Mick’s sons John and Michael followed in their father’s footsteps on the farm and then into the shop in 1978. Since then they have expanded the business into a retail unit in Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre and a wholesale unit in Malahide Road Industrial Park for the catering trade.

craft butchers logoCraft Butchers hand select and cut the finest Irish Beef, Lamb, Pork, Bacon and Poultry which are supplied by our select local suppliers and farmers ensuring full traceability from the farm to your plate. Our Beef is mainly from traditional Hereford bred cattle which allows us to produce the finest quality marbled tender
meat. The Beef is hung on the bone and aged for about 21 days
before being selected by the craft butcher for your kitchen.

Traditional cuts are prepared in a “ready for cooking” fashion that suits the busier modern lifestyles of our retail and wholesale customers. Our Ham, Bacon , Corned Beef and Award Winning Spiced Beef joints are cured by us with our special low salt traditional family recipe.
